Removable Glass Doors and Blue Porcelain Oven interior finishes make for easy cleaning and maintenance (Warning: Do Not Use Aluminum Foil on the Porcelain Surfaces inside Oven). While a precise temperature system of a 22,000 BTU Convection oven (Gas version) and 10,000 BTU Tube burner broiler (Gas version) ensures quality results every time.
