Low EMF - (EMF between 6-10MG - 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels)
Because infrared rays penetrate the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect in both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. Our body reacts to the increased heating through the natural cooling process of perspiring. Through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol, and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals are removed from the cells (especially zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium, etc.). The pores of our skin open and discharge waste products shedding any old skin cells leaving the skin glowing and clean, with improved tone, elasticity, texture, and color.

Interior Cleaning: After each session, wipe down the wood panels, bench, and floor with a damp cloth to remove sweat and oils. For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-toxic cleaner designed for sauna wood.
Glass Door Care: Clean the glass door using a non-abrasive cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and water. Use a microfiber cloth to avoid streaks and scratches for a clear, polished finish.
Heating Panel Maintenance: Regularly inspect the FAR infrared heating panels for even heat distribution. If you notice any areas with poor heat output or other issues, contact customer support for assistance.
Ventilation Maintenance: Periodically check the ventilation openings for dust or debris buildup. Clean them with a soft brush or vacuum to ensure proper airflow, which is essential for consistent heating.
EMF Monitoring: To maintain the sauna's ultra-low EMF levels (under 8MG), use an EMF meter to check periodically. If levels exceed this, reach out to the manufacturer for troubleshooting.
Control Panel Care: Wipe down the digital control panel with a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust and oils. Avoid using any liquid directly on the panel to protect the electronics.
Lighting Check: Regularly inspect the sauna’s lighting and replace any burnt-out bulbs with the appropriate replacements specified by the manufacturer.
Wood Protection: To prevent the wood from drying out or cracking, apply a sauna-safe wood conditioner every few months, particularly after periods of heavy use.
Electrical Connection Check: Ensure the power cord and electrical connections are in good condition. Inspect for any wear or damage, and ensure the sauna is plugged into a dedicated circuit as instructed in the user manual.
Avoid Excess Moisture: Since the sauna is designed for dry heat, avoid using water or steam in the sauna. Excess moisture can cause damage to the wood and heating panels.
General Inspections: Periodically check for loose screws, hinges, or joints and tighten them to maintain the sauna’s structural integrity and performance.
