Low EMF - (EMF between 6-10MG - 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels)
Because infrared rays penetrate the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect in both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. Our body reacts to the increased heating through the natural cooling process of perspiring. Through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol, and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals are removed from the cells (especially zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium, etc.). The pores of our skin open and discharge waste products shedding any old skin cells leaving the skin glowing and clean, with improved tone, elasticity, texture, and color.

Interior Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the interior surfaces, including the walls, bench, and floor, with a damp cloth to remove sweat and oils. For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-toxic wood cleaner made for sauna use.
Glass Door Care: Clean the glass door using a non-abrasive glass cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and water. Dry with a microfiber cloth to avoid streaks or scratches.
Heating Panel Maintenance: Regularly check the FAR infrared heating panels for even heat distribution. If you notice any issues with performance, refer to the user manual or reach out to customer support.
Ventilation Maintenance: Clean the ventilation openings periodically to ensure airflow isn’t obstructed by dust or debris. This will help maintain optimal heating efficiency.
EMF Monitoring: Use an EMF meter to periodically check the sauna’s EMF levels, ensuring they remain under the 8MG threshold. If the levels exceed this, consult the manufacturer for assistance.
Control Panel Care: Wipe the digital control panel gently with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners directly on the panel to prevent damage to the electronics.
Lighting Check: Replace any burnt-out bulbs with manufacturer-approved replacements. Ensure the sauna lights are functioning properly for both safety and ambiance.
Wood Preservation: Apply a sauna-safe wood conditioner every few months to preserve the appearance of the wood and prevent cracking or drying from the heat.
Electrical Connection Check: Inspect the power cord and electrical connections for wear and tear. Ensure the sauna is plugged into a dedicated circuit, as specified in the user manual.
Avoid Excess Moisture: Since the sauna is designed for dry heat, avoid using water or steam inside. Excess moisture can damage the wood and infrared panels.
General Inspections: Periodically inspect the sauna for loose screws, joints, or hinges and tighten as necessary to maintain the structure and performance of the sauna.
