Ultra Low EMF - (EMF Under 3MG - 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels)
Because infrared rays penetrate the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect in both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. Our body reacts to the increased heating through the natural cooling process of perspiring. Through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol, and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals are removed from the cells (especially zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium, etc.). The pores of our skin open and discharge waste products shedding any old skin cells leaving the skin glowing and clean, with improved tone, elasticity, texture, and color.

Interior Cleaning: Wipe down the walls, bench, and floor with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and oils. For deeper cleaning, use a non-toxic, mild cleaner formulated for sauna wood.
Glass Door Maintenance: Clean the glass door with a non-abrasive glass cleaner or a vinegar-water solution. Use a microfiber cloth to prevent scratches and to ensure a streak-free finish.
Heating Panel Inspection: Regularly check the FAR infrared heating panels for proper function. If you notice any issues with performance or uneven heating, refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer.
Ventilation System Care: Periodically clean the ventilation areas using a soft brush or vacuum to remove dust and debris, which could obstruct airflow and hinder the sauna's performance.
EMF Monitoring: Test the sauna’s EMF levels with an EMF meter to ensure they remain under the ultra-low 3MG threshold. If necessary, seek assistance from the manufacturer if EMF levels exceed the recommended range.
Control Panel Maintenance: Wipe the control panel with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid applying water directly to the panel to protect the electronic components.
Lighting Maintenance: If any light bulbs burn out, replace them with the manufacturer-approved bulbs. Ensure all lighting components are functioning properly for both ambiance and safety.
Wood Preservation: Apply a sauna-safe wood conditioner every few months to preserve the appearance of the wood and prevent cracking due to the heat.
Electrical Checks: Periodically inspect the power cord and electrical connections for signs of wear or damage. Ensure the sauna is connected to a dedicated outlet, as indicated in the user manual.
Avoid Excess Moisture: Since the sauna is designed for dry heat, avoid using water, steam, or other moisture inside. Introducing moisture can damage both the wood and the infrared heating panels.
General Inspections: Regularly check all screws, joints, and hinges to ensure they remain tight and in good condition, helping to maintain the sauna's structural integrity.
