Low EMF - (EMF between 6-10MG - 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels)
Because infrared rays penetrate the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect in both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. Our body reacts to the increased heating through the natural cooling process of perspiring. Through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol, and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals are removed from the cells (especially zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium, etc.). The pores of our skin open and discharge waste products shedding any old skin cells leaving the skin glowing and clean, with improved tone, elasticity, texture, and color.

Interior Cleaning: Wipe down the walls, bench, and floor with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat, dirt, and oils. For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-toxic wood cleaner designed for sauna interiors.
Glass Door Maintenance: Clean the glass door using a non-abrasive glass cleaner or a vinegar-water solution. Use a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches and ensure a streak-free finish.
Check Heating Panels: Regularly inspect the FAR infrared heating panels for proper function. If the heat output appears uneven or there is an issue with any panel, consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer.
Ventilation Care: Clean the ventilation openings periodically with a vacuum or soft brush to ensure that airflow is not obstructed by dust or debris, maintaining optimal sauna performance.
EMF Monitoring: Test the sauna's EMF levels using an EMF meter to ensure it remains under the 8MG threshold. If the levels exceed the recommended amount, contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Control Panel Care: Wipe down the digital control panel with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using liquid directly on the panel to protect the electronics.
Lighting Check: If the lights in the sauna are not functioning correctly, replace them with manufacturer-approved bulbs. Always ensure that the lighting remains in good working order.
Wood Conditioning: To maintain the wood's appearance and prevent cracking or drying, periodically apply a sauna-safe wood conditioner as recommended by the manufacturer.
Electrical Connection Check: Inspect the power cord and electrical connections for wear or damage. Make sure the sauna is connected to a dedicated electrical circuit as specified in the manual.
Avoid Excess Moisture: Since the sauna is designed for dry heat, do not use water or steam inside. Excess moisture can damage the wood and infrared panels.
General Inspections: Periodically check screws, joints, and hinges to ensure they are properly tightened and in good condition, maintaining the structural integrity of the sauna.
